Ensure you are still within the 180-day period starting from the day your order was delivered. To confirm the delivery date, please check the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
Send an email to our support team at [email protected] and express your concerns about the product. Please include "Refund Request" in the subject line of your email to ensure your request is prioritized.
Return all the bottles to us (whether empty or not) at the following address:

Please note that you must send back all the bottles along with the Packing Slip to ensure your refund is processed swiftly after we receive your package.
Keep in mind that return shipping costs are not covered by us.
Please be patient. We will process your refund as soon as we receive your package. We will also send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take between 5 and 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
